We recommend using public transport. There are no direct parking facilities. If you travel by car, public paid parking garages are available nearby.

About Tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No, the dinner must be booked in advance.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, if you purchased your ticket(s) through Fever, there's no need to print anything. You can conveniently access your contactless tickets in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please make sure to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date and/or time changes can be made up to 4 hours before the start of the experience, subject to availability. In such a case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds may be possible under certain circumstances, please contact us in this case. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, it is also possible to rent the entire hall for an evening. Please reach out to b2b@immersium.at
Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of my time slot?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket to avoid missing the welcome and aperitif. Once the dinner begins, late arrivals are generally not admitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
All IMMERSIUM: VIENNA spaces are fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly. Please note that the exhibition route may vary slightly for guests with limited mobility.
Are there companion tickets available?
Since this is an exclusive dinner experience, accompanying persons must also purchase a ticket/menu.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed. Service dogs are an exception, but must be registered with the organizer at office@immersium.com.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired guests?
The dinner is of course accessible to deaf/visually impaired guests. However, the immersive elements cannot be fully enjoyed by those with such impairments.
Are there strobe lights?
The immersive elements of the dinner may contain mild stroboscopic effects.
Are there seats available?
Yes, as this is a seated event, each guest will have their own seat.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, there is a cloakroom — please ask staff for details.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask staff on-site for directions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You're welcome to take photos and share them. Please be considerate of other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age restriction?
This experience is open to guests aged 8 and above. Children must also book a regular menu.
