Yes – the menu (inclusive beverages) is included in your ticket price.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes, you can choose between two menu options: “Classic Menu” or “Vegetarian Menu”. You can indicate any dietary restrictions or intolerances after completing your booking.
Is parking available on-site?
We recommend using public transport. There are no direct parking facilities. If you travel by car, public paid parking garages are available nearby.
Is there a dress code?
As this is an immersive experience, we encourage you to dress up — though it’s not required. There’s no strict dress code, so casual attire is also fine.
Will there be additional sessions/dates?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Current availability can be found on the official booking page.
About Tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Walk-ins will be permitted only if space is available. We can’t guarantee there will be walk-in space so we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please make sure to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach b2b@immersium.at with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of my time slot?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket to avoid missing the welcome and aperitif. Once the dinner begins, late arrivals are generally not admitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
All IMMERSIUM: VIENNA spaces are fully accessible and wheelchair-friendly. Please note that the exhibition route may vary slightly for guests with limited mobility.
Are there companion tickets available?
Since this is an exclusive dinner experience, accompanying persons must also purchase a ticket/menu.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No animals are allowed. Service dogs are an exception, but must be registered with the organizer at office@immersium.com.
What items are prohibited? Is smoking or vaping allowed?
This exhibition may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.

No — smoking and vaping are not permitted on-site.
Are there seats available?
Yes, as this is a seated event, each guest will have their own seat.
Are there restrooms at the venue?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask staff on-site for directions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You’re welcome to take photos and share them. Please be considerate of other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost and found on-site?
Please ask event staff if your belongings have been found. If you can’t do so in person, contact office@immersium.at.
Is there a cloakroom available?

Is there an age restriction?
This experience is open to guests aged 8 and above.
From what age do children need to pay?
From age 3, a discounted child ticket must be purchased.
