This immersive experience is designed for everyone – children, teens, and adults alike. Let yourself be enchanted, dive into a magical Christmas adventure, and experience state-of-the-art technology up close.
What can I expect from "IMMERSIUM Enchanted Christmas" in Vienna?
You will journey along the Sparkle Path to the North Pole, meet your own elf avatar, and join a special boy in saving Christmas – even though Krampus tries to stop it. Along the way, you'll also discover the valuable work of LICHT INS DUNKEL in a new, interactive way. Once you've solved the magical Christmas code, you'll take part in the most wonderful moment of all: delivering gifts to the world. The exhibition is presented in cooperation with LICHT INS DUNKEL.

Visitors typically spend around 50 minutes at this experience.
Is there parking available?
We recommend traveling by public transport. There are no parking facilities directly on-site. However, there are several public, paid parking garages in the immediate vicinity.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is no dress code. Casual attire in which you feel comfortable is absolutely fine.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 6 years old; please check if your ticket includes it.
Are merchandise items available for purchase on-site?
Yes, at IMMERSIUM:WIEN you'll find a selection of merchandise items available for purchase — perfect souvenirs to remember your visit!
Is food and drink available on-site?
Yes, there is a café at IMMERSIUM:WIEN.
Does the café offer vegetarian / vegan / gluten-free options?
Yes, depending on availability.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
About Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes, there is a box office on-site. However, tickets may already be sold out by the time you arrive. We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance through the Fever app or website to secure your entry.
Can I add the VR experience at the venue?
Yes, you can add the VR experience at the venue for an additional fee. This is available for both on-site purchases as well as tickets bought in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, if you purchased your ticket(s) through Fever, you don't need to print anything. You can conveniently access your contactless tickets in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please make sure to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds or exchanges possible?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time may be made up to 4 hours before the start of the experience. In this case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Can I book a group visit?
For group and school class requests, please contact office@immersium.at. To ensure more availability of preferred time slots, we recommend reaching out at least three working days before your planned visit.
Accessibility
Do I need to arrive at the start of my booked time slot?
Please arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. In case of delay, you may still be admitted during the following time slot (subject to availability). However, we recommend arriving punctually at the beginning of your booked slot.
Can I bring pets? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets (including dogs) are not permitted. Exceptions are made for assistance and guide dogs. Please note that the exhibition uses projections and installations with strong visual and audio elements.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
All IMMERSIUM:WIEN facilities are barrier-free and accessible to wheelchair users. Please note that pathways through the exhibition may vary for visitors with limited mobility.
Are tickets available for caregivers?
Persons with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50% are entitled to a reduced ticket "Ticket for visitors with a severe disability card, from GbB 50". This ticket can be purchased online or on-site.
The ticket is only valid in combination with a valid disability pass in accordance with § 40 of the Federal Disability Act (BBG). Proof must be presented upon entry.
Persons with a degree of disability of 100% are entitled to one free ticket for an accompanying person. The companion ticket is issued on site upon presentation of the disability pass.
Is the experience suitable for people with claustrophobia?
Guests with claustrophobia may wish to skip certain parts of the show. Please ask the on-site team for guidance.
Are strobe lights used?
This exhibition may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired guests?
The exhibition is immersive and currently offered in German and English. Since the experience consists of interactive stations, lifelike projections, visual effects, and playful elements, the focus is on the visual aspects. At this time, audiovisual elements are not yet fully accessible.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes, restrooms are available — please ask event staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You are welcome to take and share photos. Please be considerate of other guests when photographing. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, please contact us directly at office@immersium.at. Our team will be happy to assist.
Is there a cloakroom?
Personal belongings can be stored in the lockers available on-site.
Is there an age restriction?
The IMMERSIUM:WIEN experience is recommended for ages 4 and up. Selected activities are only accessible from age 4 and/or with an accompanying adult. The VR ride is available from a minimum age of 6. Please note that suitability may also depend on the child's character, temperament, and interests.
From what age do children need to pay?
From age 3, a discounted child ticket must be purchased.
Can I bring a stroller?
Access to the IMMERSIUM:WIEN foyer is barrier-free. However, strollers are not permitted inside the exhibition rooms. We recommend using the designated stroller parking area.
Are audio guides available?
No, the experience does not include audio guides.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
