Is World of Mysteries only suitable for children or also for adults?
The exhibition is aimed at both adults and children who are enthusiastic about history, myths and mysteries. While children immerse themselves in the spectacular imagery, adults discover exciting connections, scientific theories and historical backgrounds.
What can I expect at this event?
At World of Mysteries, you can expect a unique, approximately 60-minute immersive journey to the greatest unsolved mysteries in human history. State-of-the-art projection technology, sound, light and real backdrops merge into a multimedia adventure through space and time. Experience the impressive main show, the 5D motion ride "Atlantis", explore Stonehenge in virtual reality and many other highlights. Immerse yourself in the world of myths, legends and secrets and experience history as you've never seen it before.

Visitors usually spend about 45 minutes at this experience.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates. You can find the latest information on availability on the page with the confirmed dates and times.
Does the experience include virtual reality?
This experience offers virtual reality for guests aged 6 and above; please check whether your ticket includes this option.
Is there parking on site?
We recommend travelling by public transport. There is no parking available on site. However, if you do arrive by car, there are several public pay car parks in the immediate vicinity.
Is there a dress code?
No, there is no dress code. A casual look that you feel comfortable in is fine.
Are merchandise items available for purchase on site?
Yes, IMMERSIUM:WIEN has a selection of merchandise items for sale. Here you will find great souvenirs to remind you of your visit!
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
There is a café at IMMERSIUM:WIEN.
Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options available in the café?
Yes, depending on availability.
About Tickets
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There is a box office on site. However, tickets may already be sold out when you arrive at the event. We therefore strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance to secure your admission. You can get tickets via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I add the VR experience at the venue?
Yes, you can add the VR experience at the venue for an additional fee. This is possible for tickets purchased at the box office as well as tickets purchased in advance online (via the Fever app or the Fever website).
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Remember to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds possible? What is the exchange policy?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 4 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). Alternatively, you can check the option for a change as follows: Go to your ticket in the Fever app. You will find it in the "Tickets" section, where, if activated, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a larger group or as a school class, please contact office@immersium.at and specify the desired date and size of the group.
Accessibility
Do I have to arrive at the start of my booked time slot?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. In the event of a delay, you may still be able to participate in the following time slot (subject to availability). In any case, we recommend that you arrive punctually at the start of your booked time slot.
Can I bring animals with me? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
All IMMERSIUM:WIEN premises are barrier-free and therefore wheelchair accessible. Please note that the route through the exhibition varies for people with reduced mobility.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who require assistance throughout the entire experience can apply for a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us HERE with proof that you require a carer ticket. Once we have received this, we will provide you with a voucher code that you can redeem to purchase your free carer ticket. Please remember that you must present this voucher together with your ticket to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be purchased together with at least one other full-price ticket.
Is the event suitable for people who suffer from claustrophobia?
People who suffer from claustrophobia should skip parts of the show. More information is available from the team on site.
Is the experience accessible to deaf/visually impaired people?
This is an immersive experience. The current exhibition is available in German and English. As this is an immersive experience with interactive stations, lifelike projections, visual representations and playful elements, the visual experience is at the forefront. At present, there are no options for making audiovisual elements accessible.
Are strobe lights used during the event?
This exhibition may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy.
What items are prohibited at this event? Is smoking or vaping permitted on site?
No, smoking is not permitted.
Are there toilets at the venue?
The venue has toilets — please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take photos and share them. However, please make sure that you do not disturb other guests when taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a lost property office on site?
You are welcome to contact us directly at office@immersium.at . Our team will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
Personal belongings can be stored in the lockers available on site.
Is there an age restriction?
The IMMERSIUM:WIEN interactive museum is recommended for ages 4 and up. Selected activities are only available for ages 4 and up and/or with an accompanying adult. The VR Ride may only be used by children aged 6 and above. Please note that the age recommendation still depends heavily on the character, temperament and interests of the children.
At what age do children have to pay?
A reduced-price child ticket must be purchased for children aged 4 and above.
Can I take a pram through the premises?
Access to the IMMERSIUM:WIEN foyer is barrier-free. Prams are not permitted in the exhibition rooms. We recommend using the designated parking spaces.
Is there an audio guide available on site?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Is there seating available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walking tour, but if you need a short break, you will find several seating areas where you can rest.
